::: 5000th Post!!! :::

6 Speeders,

So it only seems fitting that my 5000th post be the start of its own thread - in my hometown (NorthEast section) and have absolutely ZERO content pertaining to anything but my 5000th post (hence useless).

So over the 5000 posts, i went from a G35 Coupe all done up, to a few other JDM rides, then finally turned to the dark side (read: expensive side) and bought me a Porsche. Well, 2 more P-Car's have followed in about a years time and now i am hunting for #4

I also must add the fact that over the 5000 posts i have met MANY cool peeps via this forum from all over the world - and have had the pleasure of meeting many of you in person throughout my various travels. Very Cool.

So keep on keepin on and help me find a SICK 996TT X50 that will blow Kevins SRT out of the water, will be louder than Drew's GT3 (i still say my 997 was ), lower than Joey's Cayman, and be worthy of an "80s **** name" in my sig like David's two monsters. The car also must be as clean (at least at first) as Ryan's 993, cheaper than any car Marc has tried to sell me, big enough for Mike to fit in, obnoxious enough to make John shake his head at me, Chris roll his eyes, and the old guys at Cars & Coffee to think i am 21 not 27

The moral of the story - at least for me - is that THE HUNT is sometimes more exciting than THE CATCH........

See yall at 10,000 posts

Jon

Let me be the first to say congrats on your milestone! And to think that Barrett Jackson scheduled an entire auction in commemoration of this great achievement. I will buy you a drink this evening to celebrate!
