OK, thanks, I think I'll try and meet up with you guys. I can be at Exton mall from my house in about 10 minutes, depending on traffic.

 

definitely going to post everywhere i can... friday night at the LATEST... hopefully ill have a solid decision tomorrow midday. all the signs so far are pointing to morning showers but im working with some Meteorologists to confirm this.

It is my pleasure to announce that the 09 Sonic Meet is still on for Saturday, April 11th at Noon in Morgantown, PA. There have been a lot of questions floating around pertaining to whether or not this meet is going to happen because of the weather. Reports are showing that the rain will only come in the morning and should be out of the are between 10am and Noon. That should leave us with a day that only gets better as it goes on. So, with that being said, PLEASE pass on the word that this is DEFINITELY still on. I am going to be posting on all the forums I have access to but I encourage each of you to post on your respective forums to make sure everyone knows. Also, PLEASE remember to bring some canned food for our food drive! We are really hoping to surprise the local charity with an enormous amount of canned goods. This meet wouldn't a sucess without all the attendees so I'll be happy to see you all there!

PS. The usual rules/advice applies. NO ******baggery, NO burnouts, NO insanely loud music, NO Revving, etc. The local and state police have been made aware of this event by the organizers so they will be watching.

 

Yes, the forecast is looking pretty good actually, rain supposed to move out by late morning. Looking forward to this.

watching Cecily Tynan and Kathy Orr now, and both are saying rain not ending untl early afternoon. This may be a washout after all. Just have to see what's what tomorrow.

 

I am out. Gotta pick up the ride in North New Jersey, it finished up a day late.

the rain is supposed to clear up around the start time, you guys should shoot out a little later when it starts to dry up. This is an all day event.

 

Here in West Chester, the roads are trashed. I was dodging rivers and debris when I was out running this morning. Then, I hopped in the truck for a bagel run to DD, and it's like a monsoon. Even if the rain stopped right now, it's not looking too good. I'll see what it's like in a couple hours, I can be out there in about 45 minutes.
