Sorry... cannot help you with someone local to Pittsburg but if you are willing to ship your wheel...I would highly rec. USAWheels.NET in Fairfield NJ. These guys are the best.....they do my wheels and do most of the wheels for the high end auto dealerships in the area (Mercedes, Porsche, etc.) Jeff and Matt have been in biz for many years and have a great reputation in the biz.
