For what it's worth, Jay even agreed with my post that boiled your blood so much. So...yeah.

I can't speak for everyone else. But I really have nothing in common with the new blood of dtm and bimmerforums asside from the roundel...that's it. It's a younger group of people that are generally very irresponsible and for the most part, their meets consist of meeting up at Bahama Breeze, taking pictures, going to Alki, taking pictures and going home. I'm sorry, but that's not my thing. I like to drive my car, I don't care about being "seen" in a decade old german economy car.

And since I doubt most of their driving ability, I don't want to go on drives with them either. I trust damn near everyone here except for Jay and I have yet to feel like I'm in danger by anyone in front or behind me. No close calls, no tickets and no dumbass maneuvers, no passing on the median, no running from the police, none of that. During the toy run, I stuck around with 6speed and kept my distance from them.

I hang out with A LOT of the people on DTM and bimmerforums indivudually (I just got back from meeting up with one of them in Capital Hill) but rarely as a group, unless it's more of the old school guys and we're painting the town red. Most of the people that I know predate you completely.

I never said I was too good for them. But I can't really identify with a lot of the new people and I don't trust most of their driving.
Mitchel I agreed with you on not wanting to share a bed with a guy. That does not mean that I agree with implying everyone going on the ocean shores drive is a homo or that they are a bunch of kids. Sure, some of them may be young and even immature, but that does not mean that all of them are like that. In fact, a few of those guys are real good people and are good friends of mine. I just do not see the need to bash all of them, esp in the manner they were by you and other 6-speeders. And if you do not trust me because you and I go back and forth on 6-speed at each other, that is a bit silly. Or is it that you do not trust my driving? I do not recall on going on much of any drives with you anyhow. I could care less what you think of me as you do not know me at all, but in the end everyone is entitled to their opinion so that's that.

St. Helens, you and the dude in the silver 996 TT ran oncoming traffic off the road just so you could pass. They had to pull off on the MEDIAN to feel safe...that's a problem in my book and that's why I won't drive with you in front or behind me because you seemingly have something to prove.

I don't have to know you at all to see that you're a dumbass behind the wheel.

Also, where did I say that everyone on that drive was a homo? That's a bit far fetched...and only hypersensitive girls like you took it in the literal sense at that.

I'm done bickering with you estrogen queens though, I've got man stuff to do, like work on my car and drink beer.

First off if we intentionally ran other cars off the road then that is indeed a problem. If we were already passing and cars come up ahead, what would you suggest we do? Swerve over and hit the car we are trying to pass? I am sure you are aware that drives of this nature can have close calls. I do not recall having to suddenly swerve over the last minute to avoid a collison with any car, so I dunno what your estrogen is talking about. I am the dumbass behind the wheel huh...I'm sure a look at both of our driving records would say something about that. Plus who was the one drifting his car sideways out of the lot at triple X on public roads?

You could WAIT until it's safe to pass. I heard about your stunt from others who were on the drive and I think it was a really stupid move on your part.

I do wait until it is safe to pass. I by no means want to endager myself and especially others, so I don't see why you think I would want to do that. I believe the guy in the 996tt was in front of me. Plus Jess was with me in the car. I will have to ask and see if she remembers a close call as you guys describe as I honestly do not remember driving anyone else off the road. If you do not want me to come on any 6-speed drives due to this then just say it instead of talking in closed quarters.

There shouldn't be ANY close calls like ^ on a drive. If everyone pulled this stuff on drives, I wouldn't affiliate here either. But they don't, which is why I'm here.

I never said it was intentional, You probably don't recall swerving over suddenly because you...DIDN'T. The oncoming traffic swerved out of your way while you were trying to pass. Several people witnessed this on the St. Helens drive. It's hardly comparable to getting my car a tad sideways coming on to an empty road from a parking lot.

Everyone here speeds, it's no secret. There's a time and a place for speeding, passing and jackassing around with a little smoke coming from your rear tires. Judging by your last posts, you clearly do not have a sense of when you should and should not do the aforementioned.

When I saw you make those stupid passes on St. Helens, I was thinking about taking your keys from you at the next stop and tossing them in the woods. In retrospect, I wish I would have. Because you're seemingly oblivious to the mistakes you make and doing so would have brought them to light.

In all fairness though, no one really pulled you aside and told you what you were doing wrong and for that I am sorry, honestly. We can't expect you to correct something if we don't make it known to you (even though we shouldn't have to in some cases, as we're all adults).

So you have my appologies for labeling you as a dumbass. Dumbasses will touch a hot iron multiple times before they learn it's hot. I guess we'll see what you've learned on the next drive and save the labels for then.

What's kinda disturbing is you need to ask your passenger if you were driving recklessly or not.. You couldn't tell yourself ??

I’ve driven with Jay and he’s both competent and in total control behind the wheel. What disturbs me is how easily you guys are herded into accepting a bunch of BS hearsay from someone who is clearly just trying to remove the spotlight from his own poor behavior with this manufactured diversion. Nice try though. It almost worked.

Who said it was hearsay, Mitchel as did a few others saw Jay pull this stunt with their own eyes.

Look, many of us saw this and many of us did not say anything witch in case makes us a guilty as the one committing the infraction. We should not be calling names nor arguing on a forum, we should however be helping each other out as I would want someone to say something to me. Please, before you who does not know the facts or any of us, yet choose to roll your eyes please know all the facts.
