carlos....i think waide and i may have heard you scream like a woman when jason took a few of those passes and twisties! did you have to break out the vomit bag? hehe! i wanted a picture of you and the "birdie" out the window, but i wasn't fast enough!

waide...you're a really great driver! that was fun! can't wait to see you guys out on that autoX track! you're going to love it! i'm sooo jealous of the handling and suspension compared to mine!

jason...as always, it's a pleasure following you and watching that blue monster tear it up out there!

That was a great drive guys! Carlos had been curious about my car for a while so I figured today would be a good time to show him how it's played. I think I really scared him towards the end of the drive.

Good times, everyone. We'll have to do it again soon.

 

I missed you guys today, but I am heading over the mountains on Saturday. Not sure what car I'll drive.

My 2-day school starts in 8 days!!!!

Hey that looks like my old white BoxterS! Whose car is that? Is it a 2001 with grey interior? I had the hard top on mine too.

 

I somehow doubt that was yours. It's a 1997 or 1998 model. First year the Boxster came out. It had a black interior. Could've been though!

the owner of the boxster's name is carlos. it's a reg. boxster, not an s. and i think he custom painted it. beautiful, huh!? i love his boxster!

 

Looks like fun! I was autocrossing in Bremerton today. The C2S was more well behaved than I thought it would be on street tires...

it was actually an unannounced/unofficial drive. carlos wanted to see what jasons car was like to ride in, so mitchel, myself, carlos, and waide met up with them, got hungry, and had some breakfast.

the drive consisted of jason driving....carlos wingman....and waide driving...me as wingman.

i also had them take a peek at my calipers as well.

short and sweet!

 

If I'm in town (and it's dry ) I might make it.

I know a few of the PCA guys (Matt Lowell/Steve Downing/Tim Kornacki) from the WWSCC events and they were telling me I should go.

Definitely need to learn how to drive a rear engine car - it's a different animal altogether!

 

tim kornacki is great! he wanted to drive my boxster on the track last year. he liked it! he offered me to drive his modded out 944! lol!
