What's the benefit of having a remote reservoir other than being able to adjust them from a remote location. Is that the only benefit? For example, my damptronics are non-adjustable (damper wise).

External ones are better, it's to help save suspension weight, so it works better.

The big reason for them, is more gas & oil, so they operate much better as they get hot, & will not sag, or change settings as they heat up & cool off. They usually (external) have better valves as there not stuck to the small shock.

I love my Cross coilovers. Had them on my Boxster, and now on my 993TT. Alignment is key for them.
