I generally bracket the appropriate exposure by 1.5-2 stops on either side. Occasionally I'll do 5 or 6 exposures.

My criteria for "really fast" is that its faster than a 993 Turbo S beetle.
First that HDR is fricken cool. I just learned how to download my digital pics. I know I have no patience to do this. I'll just enjoy the pictures

Second- My 993 Turbo S smokes my F430's so I guess you've trumped me on the fastest car bit.

My super beetle really isn't that fast

Vince I really don't know. I haven't driven the 993 enough but it sure seems faster. I guess the gearing and more hp of the S over the none S adds a chunk. The F430 says 0-60 at 3.8 seconds or so but I don't know for sure but the Porsche just seems quicker. What can I say 11 year old Porsche I love it.........Thanks for being part of the inspiration into adding the 993

That's great that you like it. I remembered you saying never to buy a turbo again after you sold the Cab S.
So what's next in white?

I was also a little surprised to hear that... though Im sure its a damn fast car. I wonder if the turbos and AWD are giving you a false impression... unless there is anything non-stock in the boost dept... in which case it could easily be faster.

I just mentioned the 993TTS to needle you

Chris

I know I said I wouldn't own one again. This car I couldn't pass up. I'm thinking Black next time. I just like cars that actually have no real color to them.

140mph and up I gaurantee the 993 will fade away from the F430's but the car is really fun.

Chris I do so much needling on this forum just for reaction I deserve all that comes my way.

That car is spectacular but I have 2 F430's. I wouldn't hesitate a trade on my Silver Coupe for that if it came available. Holy S#$# you are right that is really cool interior.

BTW I'm not getting a false feeling on the 993. I had a 600hp 996 Turbo S and that car was crazy. This 993 just seems hotter than most I've been in.
I would say that the 11 year old handling could make it feel a bit quicker than my newer cars because of it's lack of stability.

Mark you need another F430 like you need a bullet in the head.
Oh I agree on how fast and raw the 993 feels. I can't imagine what mine will feel like when/if I get her back. I missed that thing so badly so please stop talking about it.

This chatter reminds me that I must up my game materially, add larger compressors to my TT immediately and acquire decent AMG as a DD. AAAAAHHHHHH! Sunday with the wife and two boys asleep....
