I am planning on coming as of now. Have a party the evening before but hopefully won't be home too late. Mike, your car looked incredible yesterday - that is the most beautiful black I have ever seen - it was flawless. Sorry we got separated from your group, we had another agenda

Thanks! I spent some time making her that way. You guys got to get in the 1st run group, that's the fast one! You missed me bottoming out on the bumps, & literally sliding around the corners, & almost didn't make one!

Now worries,
we still had a good time, the picnic was COLD! We quickly ate our stuff & took off, & had a nice ride back on some fun roads. It tough to hand out with all your east siders, we are just never around the same area.
Since you seem to be tired of looking at each others cars, here's a plan: Let's look at airplanes on June 22nd (Sunday), meet at Crispy Creme/Starbucks in the Fred Meyer Shopping area in Issaquah (north of I-90 off of exit 17) at 9:00 am with a full tank of gas. Leave PROMPTLY at 9:30 am for a trip to The Flying Heritage Museum (Paul Allen's airplane collection).
We will arrive at the museum at about noon. There aren't many places along the way to eat, so stock up on the Crispy Cremes to tide you over.
This will be about a two hour 60 mile drive to Paine Field in south Everett. Route instructions will be available at the start.
Admission to the museum is adults $12, seniors $10, youths (6-15 yo) $8, 5 and under free.
This will be a rain or shine event. Please don't be late!

I will be there if I don't have guests in town.

This "tour", if you can call it that, is a very short drive over a not to demanding route. It's more about viewing the Flying Heritage Museum airplane collection. If the weather cooperates there may even be a chance to see one or two of these old "war birds" fly. If you have children who enjoy airplanes, bring them along.
At this point it's beginning to sound like a very eclectic group of people and cars will be showing up.

I meant posting the details of meeting up (ie. the time and meeting place), not the route. That is why I just quoted it in my earlier post, so people could see it directly in this post. I agree the route should be given out at the meeting time.
Jody, I am going to have to pass this week - but that would have been fun, thank you. I made some other plans with the family for tomorrow but the next sunny day drive, I'll be there. Have fun ya all.

Love the driving and company, just not really an airplane/museum gal
Too bad we took off just 10 seconds before I got my camera out at the half way spot.
