Spotted a guy in an extremely sharp 944 the other day, not sure if it's anyone on here. I was on my way home and I pulled up in my 944 next to him and exchanged years and complimented his car. Unfortunately mine had just gone through a duststorm a few towns over, so i looked like i crawled out of the desert, hahahaha. I purposely put my hand all over the hood today in various spots to make handprints in the dust. Quite entertaining, it's that bad.

 

oh believe me PJ I mentioned that when I first saw it but she quickly pointed out it was close to a line but had 20 spots open next to her. He could have parked 10 away ........
He did it on purpose no question about it.

who knows with my little woman it might have been her key down his side.....ok not really but she was angry

 

In my head it went down like this. CV soon to be CA parked the car by reversing into the spot. She left to go do some errands and when she came back the fj was parked next to her super close because it wanted to be grouped with another white car. CV soon to be CA was very careful to avoid scratching or door dinging the car but forgot to account for the 9ft of clearance she needs due to a sizable rock that holds down the left side of her body. Though it was unintentional I think that's how it went down and horatio backs me up

 

I love that... 20 spots open and they park right next to you... not one spot away

most people are oblivious anyway and could care less about personal property.

I got pinned in at the airport one time... so close I could not get in the car... judo kicked their side mirror off so I could open my door and get in...

Yes I thought about the cameras etc... and I did not give a F*^%... I was livid and the video would clearly show that it was a necessary measure for me to escape the airport

 

The other part of this aggravation imho is the parking spots are now 1ft smaller at least. I can't stand going places now when I can only feel ok parking my MINI. The Cities and Local Gov'ts specs on making these buildings have mandatory parking spot requirements have really made it difficult

This still doesn't stop the local A$$holes

Some people think that drivers with nice cars tend to park like a-holes and so try to teach them a "lesson" by parking less than an inch away from them, these people are a-holes themselves. Bet way to avoid this is to park normally, inside the lines with a proper distance from them at the back of the parking lot where people regularly don't park.

 

^^ I always do that and yet whenever I come out there is always a car or two right next to me when I come out haha.

 

Without question I park anywhere all the time. Never do I look for a alone spot in any of my cars. 100% agree. I honestly think she parked that way in a quick hurry knowing that no one was anywhere near her. Got out noticed how close she was and didn't care because she was going to be 5 minutes.

Side note I know it's spotting my own car but I just got the Camaro back from the Supercharger and New Shoe Store So this was spotted in front of Caryl's house last night Bad phone pic as usual on this thread
