So I just google mapped this location and it looks like it is in a housing area? Or are we just meeting at the Starbucks in Loehmans plaza?

Assuming you're coming from the airport (or staying there).
Head NORTH on I-405 (do NOT get onto I-5)
Take Exit #10 -- "Coal Creek Parkway"
Turn RIGHT at bottom of ramp.
You will go straight through a couple of lights until you get to a major intersection with TWO left-turn lanes. Take that LEFT, "Factoria Mall Blvd".
Keep going forward (you'll go through several lights) and eventually you'll see a cinema on the LEFT hand side (if you go under the freeway, you've gone too far).
Turn RIGHT at the light opposite the cinema into the strip-mall "Loehmann's Plaza". The starbucks should be close to the road, and you'll need to turn right again once you enter the strip-mall. (Look for the T-Mobile store and "Sidelines" bar).

I'll walk down and say hi to you all from my office. By the way, good directions - if anyone goes to the Starbucks next door to the QFC, that is the wrong one. Sounds like you are meeting at the one in the same center but the endcap just a few doors west of the T-Mobile store which will be closest to the street. (PS: wish I could go with you guys

^^you can always just go part way. it was later last time when everyone got home. it takes awhile to get there and back again. especially stopping for lunch, gas, icecream.
