That 80K is half the price of my first house back in St.Louis with 1/2 acre on a golf course. Crazy!!! Oh well that car is SOOOO pretty I hope it is for my buddy JT.

spillover capital is a dangerous thing...... causes people to acquire stuff at any price..... but then that's what creates all of the fun in life. imagine if no one took great risks and spent too much money, gambled excessively, drove 220mph, totally bootstrapped a startup again and again only so experience wild success? we'd all stay in bed all day and no one would get busy and create some color in life. this is an acquisition to be celebrated. there was no shortage of champagne at cooper's place when he took delivery, you can rest assured.

 

You design build a nice place for him and I will deck it out with all the latest low voltage toys =)
