I know...I was just there. Took a couple of shots of it. The bucket seats are REALLY comfortable for me. I want these seats now!

Cuz it's the fastest production 911 ever made, just about as fast as the CGT.

I thought the sticker was around $200,000?

89 according to the ad on their website
http://barrier.porschedealer.com/pre...ntoryid=408879

So since it is only 64 -- it is certainly worth $80K over sticker

beacuse they are loaded and want the baddest stock street 911 built... and it is as fast or faster than a CGT (not nearly as desirable in my opinion though)

So road and track just did a big cover story and included the GT2 in it... while it did not win, you have to read the actual story... they did the tests with the stock suspension in the factory setting (lame)...
(I know that magazine stories are just magazine stories, but it is as close as I will come to experiencing one of these things)

When properly set up and corner balacned, I am sure that it would have been a different result.

I can only speak the the stock alignment and CB on my GT3 -- it sucked!

Totally different car when properly set up.

GT2 is AWESOME -- now if it was just $200K less...

Sorry I just do not see a GT2 being worth that The GT3RS can now be had at 139K with less then 6K miles and we all know what they went for brand new. I could see 175-180 but not much more. There must be a reasonable line not to cross when you pay MSRP for a car and not a cent more. Depreciation + paying OVER MSRP is for people who have much more coin then I. Porsche is the king of overproducing.

What's the msrp for the car? If it sounds like a 80K markup, you must be really dumb to pay that much for one. The ones here in this area are still sitting in the showroom because it has a 60K markup.

have you seen any other RS than the fire sale black one on 6 speed for less than $150K?

I recall a silver one at $153K that was sold and is now for sale at $160K and most are still $20K over... am I wrong?

Anyone seen one for about $110K - preferably green or white?
