$142 bucks a square foot. That's downtown bellevue commercial building pricing. Someone really thinks a chunk of their land up yonder on the eastside don't they

^^ Yeah, you are right about that. I'd buy commercial with that kind of coin. MUCH larger potential for profit.

Even funnier is I researched the lot and its owned by a Russian couple!

$6.2 mil for the land, plans and permits. If these guys are smoking crack, then I'd like to know what kind it is because it must seriously be strong!

^^ I agree. Although I'm not surprised, I recently saw a NON WATERFRONT lot about that size with NO potential for view sell for $3.9M in Medina... BUYERS are smoking the crack!

If the owners first name is Eugene, than it isn't a couple, it is a Brother and Sister. They are buying and selling all over the eastside right now. But they still can't find a way to get EuroTower off the ground, or out of the hole if you will.

^^ That's not them. Different folks. Is EuroTower supposed to be that Slim style skyscraper with the stacked parking? There was word of a project like that slated for Bellevue but nothing ever came to fruition. I have been wondering what happened to that project.

I have the inside track on being the only low voltage vendor on that project, if it happens. They are still having trouble with financing. It is a very cool concept, only one unit per floor, all units are sold as a shell and the owners get to build them out as they want too. The car park stacking system is very cool too. I really hope it happens, only 17 clients, but these are the 17 clients you want!!

^^ Interesting. We may have already seen the plans for this project... I don't know the details, but we were approached to bid it, and it was the same concept. 1 unit per floor, and they go up in price the higher up you go. It was either this project, or one exactly like it in Bellevue lol.

David, I was thinking the same thing about the trailer! I can just imagine.

"Dad, i got this really sweet house for $6.2M...but uh, can I keep my truck and trailer at your place in Darrington? I don't have enough space to get it down my driveway."

I'm sure that anyone that paid the $$ to build this out would probably have enough to have their cars SHIPPED to the track for them.
