I can't believe how cheap this 996TT is?
me too, I think it looks great.
even with the economy that seems really cheap. It is in Texas, maybe the cars are just cheaper down there.
all the cars on their site seem pretty cheap.

Just playin. Yeah these 996tt prices are def gettin ridiculous.
But you guys gotta admit yellow requires a specific buyer and is not as desirable as say the greys or silvers, or even black. Just my opinion.

I agree with you. Grey and black are definately the most common colors.
I'm not a big fan of the wheels on it, but unless they were way lighter than stock in the first place, they'd be coming off anyway.

That is right Vince, cash is king right now. Gotta love it.
If this holds out much longer and I am able to nail down a good finance job coming out of business school, preferrably as a Private Wealth Adviser, then some of that cash just might turn itself into a nice Yellow Porsche in the garage.
Too me, Yellow and Black in the garage next to each other would be pure heaven. Lotus on top in black. Porsche on bottom in Yellow. '65 ghia in white on the right.
still dreaming. I love depreciation!

There was a 2004 Gallardo on Ebay yesterday, silver with black interior with only 834 miles on it, with a buy it now price of 119.900.00 or best offer. It had 6 declined offers before it sold.
I keep a log with the car prices of the cars I want. Generally I update it monthly. I missed most of the summer but updated it recently. It will be interesting to update it here in a little bit.
Either way, I'm not ready to buy, given my current location and that I didn't get a job with Goldman Sachs. Damned markets!

I'll start looking (for a car) in earnest when I get back home and summer is approaching. Not selling the Lotus or the Karmann Ghia for this purchase.
On the job front, I am hoping to work at one of the Goldman Competitors in the Seattle area and just brushed up my resume.
Fingers crossed.
