I can't honestly say I'm super interested unless it's @ MSRP. He'd have to eat the sales tax and markup and honestly - I just don't see that happening.

Nissan Skyline GT-R (R36 chassis code).

It's an amazing car. I can't see anyone letting go of one for MSRP right now though.

Daniel been wanting me to come over to check out his black one but haven't even got the time.
I saw my first one the other and it didn't appeal to one bit. Maybe I need to drive it to be inspire.

it looks like this (see picture) and it super fast and chock full of computers and awd and is supposed to make even the worst driver look really good... basically fans consider it the best thing since sliced bread, and detractors think it is an overweight computerized questionable warranty coverage techno monstrostiy... there is absolutely no denying two things about this car... it is heavy and it is fast... the rest is in the eye of the beholder... does nothing for me and I have seen two in person... but I can respect the performance #s... I would not kick it out of the garage but it would not be on my "top 20 cars to buy when I win the lottery" list either.

I am thankful for this car coming to market as it will require the rest of the auto makers to stop giving us tiny incremental improvements with each re-design of a particular model...

lastly, car seems very large to me in person... like 6 series BMW big or bigger...

it's not a real performer until Nissan steps up and disproves Porsche claim of 30 seconds slower around the ring. but i'm sure with the same horsepower as the 997 turbo and 600lbs more nissan has beat physics and really has pulled this off. or possibly (maybe) they built a touch better car for that trip around the ring that day.

note Nissans only response came weeks after Porsches claim with bad weather now at the ring. things that make you go hmmmmmmmm

third
but who am i too judge. i just picked up my green one from the dealer today....

This is coming from a guy that rides a bike.
Seriously, this car was a disappointment when I saw for the first time last week. Why do they make sport cars that looks like a sedan. (No pun intended to the Benz and Bimmer guys.)
