I think for your next home project you should built a state of the art Car Wash. Buy up the neighbors lot, bring in the dozers to do alittle clearing, and presto! Your son could drive your fleet through for you as part of his drivers training, assuming he has all A's and B's on his report cards of course (which I am certain he does!).

I think he already has plans to do that....

No way! Mark, you are too funny. Barrier's runs them about $65k per month if that helps you with your budgeting

I love "stupid" accounting. Jimmy get's away with charging 65k a month back to his dealerships as a cost base for that drive thru? I love that. I should put one in. $780k a year in cost against his profit saves him conversatively 250k a year in income tax. 2 kids a day plus soap and water and electricity costs him maximum 100k a year.

I should put one in for sure. That will pay his green fee's at Big Horn for sure.
