That was just my opinion but it is possible that I was there on a bad day and my taste buds deceived me. I may have also been hallucinated by the lack of authenticity and mediocre presentations. I'll give it another try and we'll see. Also we will try to eat only food that are legally prep, and drive our cars at the legal speed limit from now on.
Only reason I mentioned legality is to dispel the notion of "fresh" salmon. All salmon served in this state for consumption raw has been previously frozen for sufficient time to kill all parasites.

A sake is only as good as person you drink with. So Kurosawa sounds delicious to me.

This is a very helpful thread. I have to admit that Tuna House is not a great name for a good authentic sushi restaurant but based on your review BritBlaster I will definitely give it a try. Thanks!
