The insurance quoted me one price and then ran my VIN. $840 more annually to own the 25Q...

my vin reads as a GT2 as well...tried to change my quote with insurance company and they would not lower my rate. Any luck on your end?

if it's truly "cerrera" gt on your title you might have a boxster.

why own a Carrera GT for almost a year. That means you bought it and put it up for sale the same day. It takes at least that long to sell one.

all of you that don't spend the time correcting your insurance policies to insure the correct car will be sadly woken up if something ever does happen. insurance companies will spend double what they need to in lawyers to insure (no pun intended) they don't have to pay too much out of pocket.

If you are insured by Chubb you'll be fine but the larger more broad insurance companies don't really insure high end cars well unless your adjuster and his supervisor's are truly aware of the cars they are insuring. They will use whatever means possible not to pay.

I sent in all the paperwork so they will have it on file. They claim they can't change what the computer shows, but I covered it on my end. Should be fine.
