What's wrong with having 2 of them? One to drive and one that keeps it's value.

Yes, it is sad. But I need something more practical for me. Besides, $2500 a day I can rent your Mini.

I did a ton of work to it today. As I mentioned earlier, I am open to offers.

There go the wheels again...on to a 4th owner! Glad you got some use out of them - I am so sad you are selling this car, it is really special. Don't rush - wait for a good price and owner.

I really like those wheels. They look really good on the car. Much different than my others, but equally as good I would say. The car looks completely different with them on, in a good way.

Not going to rush, just want a fair deal. When the seller and buyer are both happy, everyone wins.

My $0.02 - I would list the car with the HREs or even the factory turbo twists over the current wheels. I realize that you'll get some money back selling the HREs, but they make the car look 10x better and should help the sale. The current wheels do not belong on a 993TT.

I wanted to throw the stock twists back on, but forgot I had no tires on them. If I can track down a decent set of tires for not too much $$$, then I will put those on there. I took the HREs off since the dealers don't care about them on trades. If the trade route doesn't work, then I might make a change. Hard letting over $6k in wheels and tires go when I would get close to the same price with the stock wheels. Selling a 993TT is a limited market. Selling a modding one is even more limited.

I have a couple people interested in the car already as it sits, so I'm going to see how that turns out as well.

That's a tempting offer. My wife doesn't like anything over 100mph anyway. The spider would be more fun for us.

Here's a pic of the day Bruce and I picked it up.

3 days later the suspension went in. I think I'm gonna get some tires and get these wheels back on for the sale.

Anyone have any extra tires laying around?

I was actually going to give Cantrell a call and see if they had any that they wanted to sell. Too bad your tires are the wrong size. Maybe I'll just grab the ones off of your 993.

I would put back on original stock wheels for a sale also. Custom wheels are too personal. I did that also. You can always sell the aftermarket wheels - perhaps to someone who needs a set for the track!!
