That area is like a parking lot so there's no reason to speed there. Unless he enjoys skinny dipping. ....

What I would have done to watch that happen.

I'm glad only the driver got hurt. I'm also glad that he lived to learn from his mistakes.

I love the pic of the car underwater. Would anyone be able to get a hi-res version of that? I think that'd be a fabulous screen saver, or Epic Fail poster.
