+1 and another vote for #1. I remember hearing from an old timer photographer in Oregon that he takes pictures to make the viewer try to figure out why the picture was taken in the first place. With that in mind I think #1 does a better job of displaying nature and man's creation together.

I like #2, since it focuses more on green car and it gives more a center of attention.

Another vote for #1. Just seems like a cleaner image... Maybe a High Pass filter and a bit of tone work, but nothing to crazy?
