Anyone interested in getting together either next week, or after the 6th of July for a golf day? Sometime during the week would be preferable and someplace central to most. Washington National is a nice course that I have not played in a while. I'd prefer someplace that does not cost an arm and a leg to play with a cart.

Let me know who's interested and I'll set something up.

You guys know I suck at this game! But if it's all for fun, I may be able to take a vacation day and come out. Have a couple of martini's (to help loosen up the swing, of course!), drift the cart, I mean....DRIVE the cart, and attempt to swing the club around a bit! I can't do next week, but mid-July I'll give it a go!

The only problem with golfing on a weekend is it's usually packed, and more expensive. It's fairly easy for me to get some time off during the week, that's why I suggested it. That and price to.

 

i'm good for most sunday's.

 

If people don't mind playing a round on the weekend, we can do that. Expect it to be a 4 hour round at least though due to the crowd.

 

I can drink more beer in 4 hours then I can 3.

If we play Washington National on a weekend, it has to be reserved with a CC, so I'd need a definite head count to book it.
Any other suggestions of courses to play. WN is $98 with a cart for weekend, or $70 after 3PM (with cart, no tax)

 

I am up for a during the week round. I am in agreement with you James, much less crowded during the week.
