Indeed....negligence on behalf of property owner/manager is one of the few things that you can successfully sue for when it comes to something not covered by the waivers that drivers sign. Hope it never comes to that out there.

 

Yeah, no one likes to see a driver get hurt or a nice guy wad up his car. But in the mean time, she's all we got, though I understand the new go-kart track is driftable, which, if I had tires to set on fire, would be fun.
