Plus One Motorsports - Closed
Plus One Motorsports in Portland went out of business. I was driving by today and saw "For Lease" signs all out front and drove up to the front door where there was a sign saying something to the effect that due to the economic situation, they were no longer in business. Totally shocked as they had mounted my HRE's about a month ago and they've been in business in Portland for over 10 years and was known as probably one of the premier tire and aftermarket tuners around
Anybody else here ever frequent them? Tony was such a cool guy and totally took such great care of me. Really bummed.

I've not been to them before, but that sucks that they had to go out of business. Sounds like they were a great place to shop at. Hopefully in the future they can pick up where they left off.
I hope this isn't going to be a trend. With Porsche (and I assume other high end cars) hurting big time in terms of sales, there's got to be a trickle down effect to the aftermarket/tuner providers.

SWEET. Will keep an eye out for it.
Not sure either. Interesting. FYI, July numbers are out and they are better on the units. However, with the deep discounting that occured, not sure how overall sales $$$ did.
I heard the news awhile back too and certainly sad. P1 had been around since the 80's and served many customers over the years. I wish Tony the best in his new venture and hope for a speedy recovery to this financial climate so we can all start having fun again.
Very glad to see Tony back in the business. Such a good guy and car lover!
