I am not a corvette guy... But

Bad bad vette

http://inventory.switchcars.com/card...YY26E885111705

no affiliation but this car is fantastic

likes - everything but...
Dislikes - red interior trim, door decals, corvette switchgear like the crappy looking radio shack digital temp display on center stack

I could get over my "non-corvetteness" for this machine

Nice looking Vet, but WAY, WAY to much $$. You can get a brand new Gt3 RS & have money left for mods.

The Pratt/Miller is such a beast. I read, in Car and Driver I think, a few months back they did a test between the PM and stock ZR1 and there were lots of differences but the overall numbers between the two on the track were almost exactly the same. I would buy a 7.1 GT3RS and a CTS-V Hennessy SC and still have money in the bank =)

Katech has a model thats alot more reasonable and not a bespoke limited production car like this one that looks amazing. They have whittled their Club Sport model down to 2825 lbs and it comes with the more rev happy LS7 and costs alot less.

I'm sure the steel brakes are competent, but I'm surprised that this car doesn't include carbon-ceramic brakes for this kind of money.

Katech builds some very impressive stuff. If I was going to let one of the big name tuners touch my car they would be the ones. Their stuff does not break.

Vic most racecar guys don't like the Carbon ceramics....I don't/won't ever have them on something I would ever throw on a track. They are too quick to grab and a heal toe can get you in serious trouble. Big Steel brakes for me anytime for sure that's how my gt3rs is and wouldn't have it any other way.

OK so enough already...What did you get Victor
