Is the US team not racing this year? I don't see them listed on the F1 site.

No, the US team is not racing this year. I think that they had funding issues. Maybe next year??

And that post is why I don't look at the internet before I watch the recorded race.

No Kidding. No more spoilers please. At least wait until 4 or 5PM if it's a morning race....

Join us at Renton Motorcycle @ 10am on Sundays of race weekends to watch and eat. We have a room to ourselves and they open early just for us with free coffee.

He's working out the bugs... Early in the season, though Ferrari and RBR are intimidating.

Another icon in the world of sports threatening to dilute his legacy, IMO. I like it when someone retires on top, and stays retired! They remain legend forever that way.

I don't know about that. He finished 7th IIRC. Pretty good finish for someone who had not raced in what, 3 years. He'll be back on top again as long as the car stays competitive. Too bad about Vettel's car. He had that race in the bag until the header or whatever it was broke.

i have to say, formula 1 just tries to f*^% itself up year after year with these rule changes that don't work. I love racing but this was just a procession, waiting for somebody to break down....no passing....no drama .

oh, and even though it's so political and strange and obscene, i still watch every practice, qualifying, etc.

that said i still love it but you'd think that after spending $200M on a car, you could engineer it so that you could pass somebody...

congrats to ferrari for the 1-2 finish and becoming a contender again. for those on the board with F-Cars, YOU won in Bahrain! congratulations Tifosi!
