I don't know anything about the car, but I thought you were looking at a 997 next? Missing the 996?

Well I was looking at 997TT's but since I'm going to build it anyway I could spend that extra cash into the Protomotive build.

Good thinking. Are you going for the same as your last one? That was one of the best rides I have been on.

I was looking at 996TTs for awhile before I purchased another one (shouldn't have sold the 1st one).. and detroit autoworks had a few but something about all of them made me nervous.. I don't know, just my 2 cents.

Detroit Autoworks sells some shady quality cars. Ask for a Carfax and get the car inspected by someone who REALLY knows what they are doing. Before I bought my car I looked at 3 different cars there and 2 of them had serious problems that I only spotted because I used to be in the car biz and know what to look for.
