Agreed. I just read this morning that its been 40 days since our last official..(is there such a thing?) "sunny" day here. Don't know why I'm bothering to wash my car these days...it only stays clean for about 10 hrs.

About the McLaren....are they even available for purchase in the US yet? Wonder what the story is behind this one.

Rumor on the street is that the driver simply spun the car and slammed the curb, thus busted the wheel.

That being the case I would guess it would be pretty easy to do with the cold temperatures and wet streets we've been enjoying combined with what probably were new unbroken in summer performance tires. I've seen it happen several times before.

Just this morning with near freezing temperatures my Continental Extreme Contact DW's lost traction in a corner. Drew my bag up a notch.
