It has been amazing to watch the Concours grow over the years. However, it has just got too big for the 5 of us on the board to handle anymore and felt it was best to pass the reins on to some "new blood".
The Italian Concours started back in the early 90's as an informal picnic at the Snoqualmie Winery with some of the early attendee's being right here in this group! I think the first show there were about 20-30 cars in attendance. Since that time it has grown to nearly 200 cars & motorcycles with over 3000 people paying at the gate to come in! That, along with a Make-A-Wish Raffle, noon-time Opera performance and more has made this event something to look forward to every year!! I for one am looking forward to the event growing bigger and better!!!!!
It has been a pleasure putting on the event for all of you that attended and supported the Italian Concours! Sure, it was a lot of work, but the reward of seeing everyone, hearing all the stories and seeing all the cars and motorcycles was well worth the effort!!!!
