Yeah, that is awful. We saw the wreckage coming back from the Kirkland marina yesterday... The M3 was mangled badly.

Wow, at first I thought it was an M3 convertible, but a second look shows it was actually a coupe. Very sad story indeed , I hope WSP starts cracking down on the causes of road rage:
- Passing lane hogs
- Cell phone use / texting
- Weaving through traffic

I thought it was a convertible. What are the signs that it is a coupe? I have a coupe and thought it would be safer than the vert after I saw this

The seats front seats are coupe seats, there's a middle seat in the back, no soft top cover, rear spoiler (though many vert owners add that one as I did). You can also see the B pillar.

Blood Alcohol of driver in the SUV that hit the M3 was 0.328. That's over FOUR times the legal limit. Is there's more to charge him with then vehicular homicide, they should.

His bail was set at $50k, meaning he only needed $5k of his own and a bail bond to get out. Pretty disgusting if you ask me!

Actually, he's back in jail now. The judge raised his bail to $1Mil.

That's absolutely gut wrenching. RIP to the fallen driver/developer and I sure as hell hope that the guy responsible for this gets the book thrown at him (literally and figuratively).
