I got a ticket on I-90 near Ellensburg last March or April. Jag referred me to:

Was caught in a speed trap where the speed dropped from 70mph down to 50mph for a work zone. Was 11pm'ish and I missed the sign. There was no work going on, but a WSP was camping out right at the beginning of the work zone.

Anyway, Kirkham did a great job and got it dismissed.
