hey PNW folks, looks like i'll be making my way to the area from Orange County, CA next month. Any recommendations for living places? I'm thinking either Downtown, Belltown, or Bellvue. Only problem is I'll need to find a place that has garage parking for the P-Car and a commuter car. Thanks for the input.

 

Depends what area you are working in. Plenty of people make the commute across the lake, but I HIGHLY recommend you get as close to work as possible. Traffic is only getting worse here. Welcome to the neighborhood though! It doesn't rain as much as people think.
