I've never been to Atlantic City. Is it worth the drive?

I have a few hundred to blow this summer so I figured I make my way down there.

Anyone down for a cruise and some gambling?

 

what ever you do don't leave Friday afternoons or Saturday mornings the traffic is insane when the weather is good. Go down on off hours .the road is great and straight with a lot of troopers.The only place to good down there is the Borgata casino.

 

save your money for vegas imo

 

it's worth it if you are itching to gamble and for a change of scenary. Otherwise, as mentioned, it's no Vegas, but not much is.

 

Like said above, Borgata is the only place worth going to if you go. AC is really a let down, but if youre really bored try your luck at Borgata.

 

I normally have a good time...

i go down and make it there around 8PM, catch dinner at borgota, go party at murmur or one of the other clubs around, then next day, play poker for a few hours, and head home

I have a great time there,when you don't have time to fly out to Vegas and your not into the club seen there.Borgata is the best .Great restaurants,rooms ,bars.

 

The only place I go there is Borgata, usually leave my house sat morning in time for their tournament, dont usually hit any traffic, but I leave around 7:45-8:00.

Im all about the poker in AC, in Vegas, its the opposite, I try to stay drunk the entire time and party, avoiding the poker.

 

I usually stay at Harrahs Marina Great indoor pool. I visit the Borgata from time to time. Like everyone else have said save your money for Vegas!!!!
