Sitting outside the bumper shop. My camera skills are not the best haha.

If you get issues with it, you can install the factory 280zx turbo injector cooling air blower but it is pretty ugly......but very effective.
I'm planning to leave them for now. I actually do suffer from some vapor lock while starting hot, but it generally clears quickly.

Throwing around the idea of selling or trading the car.

Looking for $15K out of it or maybe a trade for an older 911.

Nice Z car! I too just sold my NSX but I'm looking to go in a different direction and replacing it with a 911 TT. Was it as hard for you to see your NSX go off into the sunset as it was for me?

Your Z looks great. I had a 1971 240 Z and it was a fun little car.

It was painfully hard. You'll be back though, as will I. They always do. You know how many former P car owners are on NSXPrime with another NSX? Mind-blowing. I want to dabble in them myself, but I'll always have an NSX in the garage after I come back.

Thanks. I'd like to have an early 240Z as well. These 280s lend themselves to a great deal of potential with the stiffer chassis though.

Yeah, I hear you, I have been a member on Prime for over 10 years and I was amazed how many guys eventually bought another one claiming how much they missed theirs. Honestly, I hope not to feel that way but I guess you never know!

Hey guys. Long time, no update.

I'm moving from Del Rio to Corpus Christi, TX, over the next month. In the meantime, between the busy work schedule, I've managed to finish up my 240Z front end. I decided to take a few pics before moving for memory's sake. It would be really hard to let this car go now, so I'm probably going to delay my next NSX so that I can have both.

Enjoy!

That's cool you're going to keep it. I remember checking out this thread before I bought my S30 and admiring it. I'm thinking of doing the 240Z front end too.

Yeah I saw your pics in the S2000 shoot thread. The body is very nice on your car. Was it painted fairly recently?

Thanks. I believe it was painted probably 10-15 years ago and the paint is in surprisingly good shape. I plan on polishing it pretty soon to get it even nicer. It sat for about 10 years in a garage too, so it may have been further back that it was painted.
