forged 22's on my Panamera project
That front end is something else, looks sharp and aggressive without ruining the lines of the car...congrats.
I hear you about the trim around the doors. The trim on one of my doors has a ton of minuscule cracks/lines that really showed up in the sun. After 3 tries to get the correct part from Germany, it took 4 days for the dealer to get them swapped out. Apparently there are some 1-time use screws that also had to be ordered. You would think that these things are snap-on/off, so it gives you more appreciation for the quality of assembly that goes into a car like this.
Congrats on getting her the way you want her to look. Will be interested in seeing more pics!

finally got my car back!
thanks for the kit peter!
I had the front bumper custom painted to make the openings look bigger. The brakes were coated with hi-temp yellow paint. The rear vents were wrapped in matte carbon, and the vent area was painted to render a bigger opening. The lower area of the front bumper was taped off and painted in matte finish to illustrate the look of a diffuser. The tips were powdercoated in matte black. All the trunk logos were also replaced and matted out. The doors were stripped down to the skins and the chrome trim around the doors were removed and sent to powdercoat (luckily V6 owners don't have to deal with this chrome around the doors). I also painted the door handle chrome trim in white.
Pics don't do the matte black areas justice, and i'm a lousy photographer.
