She's Back and 100% Complete
Complete, until I think of a new things I'd like to mod...like the exhaust tips and swapping black side vent for chrome. Can't decide whether to replace hood crest with silver version. Since I have the painted center caps, I like that they match, but also like the look of the silver crest on a black car.
I picked up my PanS over a week ago, but I had a small list of items that needed to be completed by the dealer. Well, got her back yesterday, and she's perfect:
1) Swapped Black Painted Spyder wheels for TurboII
2) Windows Tinted
3) Clear Side Marker Tinted
4) Swapped Walnut interior for Piano Black
5) 7mm Wheel Spacers installed on rear wheels.
Here are some before/after shots.

Yes, Window Tint. cc08gt2 gave me the idea as he had the dealer (same as my dealer) do this on his PTT (see his thread here).
What color is yours? I think it looks great on Black/Basalt as it blends in to the paint color.
I did learn a tidbit of info as to why Porsche ships all US cars with Amber side markers...something I didn't realize before:

Starting with the 1968 model year the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) mandated that all cars and trucks be equipped with Yellow side marker lenses on the front fenders and Red on the rear to help other drivers know which direction a vehicle was traveling when viewed from side angles. The Europeans do the same but they use clear lenses on the front with a yellow bulb accomplishing the same result when viewed at night and those are the ones we put on the cars for the clients. The NHTSA want reflector lenses in Yellow so when the bulb is burned out it will still reflect in Yellow. I believe the mandate is under review with the NHTSA to allow clear lenses be put on the cars by the manufacturers. Let’s hope it goes through.

It's amazing how small a world it is. They sold the other Black/Black PanS that I was looking at a few days after I bought mine. It was the 'donor' for my piano black interior. What's funny is that the guy that bought that one preferred the walnut AND the painted Spyder wheels, so in the end it worked out best for everyone. I had considered that one as it only had a couple of options (XM, BT, Univ Audio), but decided on mine in the end. Glad I did, and PP did a great job swapping the interior/wheels and tint job. Thanks for passing along the side marker tint idea. Makes such a difference.
