Bo_Fort_Worth is infamous around these parts
I have the PanTT and want to get rid of my wood interior and either get the CF or piano black trim. Was this difficult to do?

The dealer did it as part of the sales agreement. I don't think it's something that they'll be offering anymore (without charge) as it apparently took over 10 hours to swap the wood between the 2 cars. There are a LOT of trim pieces, and I don''t think they are all a simple pop-out and replace.

But, if you can get the pieces ordered and willing to pay someone to do the work, I think it makes a nice improvement, especially on gray or black interiors.

So maybe not 100%...

I went ahead and ordered the Silver Side Vents from Suncoast yesterday. I like the look of the silver vents on the dark cars, and given the good price on these, no excuse but to make the change! Can't wait to get them in and decide whether it's a job I can handle or if I should bring to dealer for installation. Suncoast recommends professional installation, so we'll see. More to come...

Porsche hasn't released a complete conversion kit yet in Carbon or that shade of wood yet. I'm sure it's not a quick install, I'm sure some pieces require a tedious installation. Stay tuned if you're looking to convert.
