You really should drive the car with the PDK in manual. I thought i would miss the 6 speed, nope!

I have to agree. The days of a third pedal are almost gone. Seriously the PDK is so good that it makes the 6 speed look arcane.

I had the opportunity to drive one for a limited time when my dealer got the first one in some time back. Loved the overall feel of the car. Handling was clearly sharper than my RS4, although I would still say I love the high revving RS4 motor a little more.

Maybe I needed more time with the PDK, but it still didn't give me the same driving satisfaction and feeling of full control as a full manual. No question about the pure performance advantages, however.

There is no question, however, that if they build a GTS model with say 430-440 normally aspirated hp, an 8000 rpm redline, and a 6-speed, I would take it in a flash.
