Semper Fi Mike is infamous around these parts
Hey guys, thank you very much for all of your advice. It is incredible that many of you take the time to put detail and great ideas and opinions out to others. I very much appreciate it. I am leaning toward the turbo II wheels now based on your opinions. I like them all really so value the groups opinions.

I have a deal for a V6 where they are telling me $2500 over their invoice. Sounds great to me but I am not the master negotiator. What do you think? Not a lease a purchase. I appreciate many of your ideas about the 10 PS discounts but I have not been able to see one get down in mid 85s even used across the country. If anyone knows of one lightly used black on black that is a great deal please let me know.

Once again, thanks to all of you that share your in depth knowledge and advice. It has helped educate me and make my decisions much more sound.
Semper Fi,
Mike
Also, thanks to a couple of you for mentioning service to our great country. I have been a Marine for over 20 years and it is an honor to serve and protect our great nation! We are very fortunate....

IMO, both the spyder and turbo 2 wheels look great. You can't go wrong with either. The turbo2 wheels look more aggressive and the Spyder wheels more sophisticated.

Prices

I added contact info to my post - NO WAY would I pay over sticker ever.

Here is his lease payment on a 6 my best friend got from a dealer in Cleveland. I just pasted the email from the dealer below. Fred Baker and North Olmsted in Cleveland were very aggressive and I got my 4S from North Olmsted simply due to my preferred car was in stock.

. "The MSRP is $84,130 and I am selling you the Panamera for $78345.

A 36 month lease allowing 10,000 miles per year is $1185.51 with 6% tax included and $3270 out of pocket. Including your first month payment, acquisition fee, doc. fee, registration and a 30 day tag. Please let me know if there is anything I can do to earn your business

Hope that helps as a true reference. Worst you do is pay $500 to truck it out to you - but way better getting $6k off than $2500 over sticker.

Call Gene Hauck at Fred Baker Porsche in Cleveland - 440-232-4700 ext. 141

I'd go for a more conservative wheel choice, probably not bigger than 20". That way you get decent ride and still fill the wheelgap.

He said he was paying $2500 over invoice, not MSRP.

Today's market

Your goal should be to pay invoice. The dealer still makes money for his holdback and training.

This is a tough time to sell and dealer's are hungry!!

Good Luck, Bargain Hard.

Mike, my .02 cents is this. If you wait until the end of the month when the 2011's are on the lot I'm pretty certain that you can get a loaded S for 2011 6 $$$. Dealers will be motivated!!! Do a national search and see what comes up. End the end do what ALL of us did and buy whatever the heck you want!!! Thanks for your service to this country!!!

My best advise it only be make sure you're happy with the deal before you drive off. At the end of the day, the only opinion that matters is yours. Whichever model you end up with, you're going to have one $%^&-eating grin every time you walk up to it...
