I have a 2012 Cayenne with 14 way seats. Seat heat is extremely hot; maximum heat is almost too much except for the first few minutes in a cold car. Seems like a dealer issue.

Comfort is good. A little firmer than M5 comfort seats and not as many adjustments. However, the PGTS seats are much sportier and very comfortable even on long drives.
