P4S newbie questions

Hi Guys,
Read the books, but still have some questions:

1) I have a rubbing noise when turning at low speed, it comes from the steering wheel, sounds like its coming from where the steering wheel and column meets, is this normal?
2) I have entry and drive, when i hit the button trunk close button (one with lock symbol) on the right, the hatch only comes down a little, never a full close. is this the correct behavior?

Thanks

question #1 - no clue - does it do it when stopped and turning the wheel also or just when moving?

#2 - make sure you have the key with you when pushing the lock/close button on the hatch - otherwise it will not close as it doesn't sense your key.

I have the key in my pocket... the button on the left works fine, press once and it closes, button on the right does only closes the hatch incrementally.

If any door is open, the car can't close and lock, which is what the close/lock button is for. It will only work when all the doors are closed.
