need to get a pic that includes my 993 C4S in black. as mentioned, i always thought 928s looked best in white and the panamera looks equally as good in white (black and white were my color choices).

I was originally looking for one in Amethyst or Sapphire - but finding those colors and the features I wanted in my price range was proving to be nigh impossible - so when I saw this White one I jumped on it.
Black out the trim and will do the wheels next year, the color has really grown on me and as you noted the Panamera looks great in white.

Just added the chrome housing to the gauges to match the rest of the interior housing. Nice little pop

Welp, anyone wonder if a Panamera can fit 2 generators and 2 5gal gas cans in it? Room to spare even. Cans are in front of the bigger gen.

This morning was crazy. I knew I needed to get a generator for this damn hurricane, so my first stop was Lowes (closest to my house, and wanted to avoid the highway for obvious reasons). They were about to sell out of their inventory, and only had 6500W units for $799, which may not seem bad, but it was a bit more than I was hoping to spend; they were also out of gas cans. So I got the generator anyway because I kept hearing other places were selling out.

Hopped on the highway that I wanted to avoid as the only place with gas cans was on the other side of town. Got the cans. Rushed over to Northern Tools just to see if they had any cheaper generators and because it was right down the street. As I walked in they announced a truck with 60 more generators would be there in about 45min. Took a seat, waited my turn when they finally showed up and grabbed a 4000W unit for $410, which meant I needed to head back to Lowes to return the more expensive unit.

Got home, prepped and setup the 4k generator and I'm finally sitting down to relax a bit. Fingers crossed my area in SC isn't too badly affected. Good luck to those who are in far worse areas and to everyone else. This is going to uproot so many lives.

Now that’s a way to really show how roomy the space really is!
glad you found the generator you needed, Best of luck to all in the impacted areas of the storm!

i think i read in the brochure - 'cargo room capable of handing 2 home-use generators' - so, i'm not surprised.
stay safe.

Welp seeing as I still have a bit before the weather gets super bad, I decided to take the time to wash both cars. Fingers crossed the weather doesn't get too bad and so far I count myself and others in my area fortunate considering how bad it is elsewhere.

And all tucked away. Again hoping for the best, even with a relatively sloped driveway.

Eh why not, 100% chance of rain and I know it before hand, but it'll stay inside during said storm. I just hope the storm isn't as bad as other areas.

nice mine is a 2010 as well, you notice some sluggishness in the pdk at slow speeds? i.e. jerkyness, delay in throttle when at slow speeds.

Thanks,

A little when I first got it (throttle delay that is, PDK is pretty smooth), but either it's adapting me or I'm adapting it as it seems much more responsive now (don't feel the need to drop it into sport mode as often)
