i just picked up my panamera turbo and i noticed something odd , when i turn hard right or left as if to pull into a driveway , it feels like the wheels are going underneath the car along with a rubbing like noise. it also feels a little heavy not bad just heavy. anybody have a similar experience ?

It's the center line on the tires. Mine does the same thing.
