Tire "skipping" or clunking on low speed tight turnns

I have an issue where my 50% worn front tires seem to skip or jump on low speed turns on smooth pavement. This happens when I am backing out of a tight parking place or making a low speed full turn. It seems like my front tires are skipping, thumping or sliding. The dealer and factory rep say that this is normal, and it is due to the Porsche spec wheel/tire alignment and tracking on tight turns on smooth pavement with wide tires, but I find it disconcerting, and so do my passengers.

These are 20" OEM Pirellis on Porsche Turbo wheels...if that makes a difference.

Its due to the 4 wheel drive up front, it happens on all of the 4 pans.

See multiple prior posts. It's not just the 4-wheel drive models. It is about the Summer Performance Tires.... You need winter or all-season tires when the ambient temp is less than 45 degrees; the rubber is not designed for this temp.... My F430 (real-wheel) and prior 550i also did this in cold temps....

Not in this case.. I have a Panamera S. I don't believe that the 4 wheel drive has anything to do with this from what my dealer said either.
