Have to make the suggestion of wrapping the newly painted silver section in clear film asap!!

Loking forward to seeing the final results.

I think you have to wait about 30 days for the paint to cure.

Have it double baked like I did when I had the sport design kit installed. Body shop and clear film guy both agreed that a couple of days was ok.

Interesting. Never heard that before. Does baking it twice make it cure that much faster?

Guys, need your opinion, since i'm going all out on this look, should I get the factory black headlights as well? They are 2600, and suncoast will not discount them. Is it worth it?

I am honestly not sure if they are worth it. I was skeptical when I saw it in a dark colored car on a picture but was somewhat surprised to see they were quite nice in person. I ordered a Panamera GTS that was produced last monday. I would be glad to send you pictures when I get it.

Thanks. I have seen those lights on white cars and they looked great. Have not seen them on black cars in person, but have seen many videos.

+1. I am interested as well, prob will give the car much more aggressive look with all the black out parts. However, I do think 2600 is a little over-priced but aftermarket modification to the headlight might have some risk, but who knows~ whatever floats your boat.

From what I was told is that it speeds up the curing process. My paint shop knew I was having it wrapped just after paintwork and they said no problem. Parts were painted on a Friday and the car was wrapped the following Wednesday. No issues so far and it's been almost 3 months.

I believe the two blacked out headlight units for $2600 come as complete sets along with parts you already have like the bi xenon bulbs and leveling module. Can you buy just the black housing without the other parts and save bucks ?

I have them on mine and they look great, car is white. However, for $2,500 for aftermarket assembly I'm not keen on recommending that being worth what you will achieve on a black car. Tough call..

2600 does not include bulbs... just the housing.

More pictures on progress. Thanks to Robert again for documenting the whole process. I think the silver bar in front bumper will look good!
