i currently have the techart exhaust on my turbo, and unfortunately it makes no difference in terms of sound compared to the standard exhaust, probably a little throatier, but that's all. I was looking up on techart's website, and found that their sport exhaust systems have a flap opener, which makes the exhaust sound louder. Unfortunately my techart exhaust does not have the flap opener. Please suggest ways in which i can make my car sound good.. i wan it to sound loud but not overly loud + sound crisp. And no i dont want to get rid of the exhaust, i would rather just get the flap out of the exhaust.. Suggestionss??

 

I don't think there are "flaps" in the exhaust, I believe they offer an exhaust that works with the factory sport exhaust button which allows you to open and close valves that change the exhaust note, if your car doesn't have that button on the center console than it would not work for you. On a side note if you haven't already done so, changing out cats and mid pipe would alter the exhaust sound
