Painting Rear Valence

To remove the rear valence on a Panamera for painting, do you have to remove the rear bumper? Anyone has any experience.

Thanks
Andrew

Did you mean the diffuser near the bottom of the rear bumper?

Yes, the diffuser is the center section. The valence is the rest, which wraps around. At the paint shop now, so this is probably a mute point.
