Has anyone compared the 18 ways seats to the 14 ways seats? I've had a chance to sit in the 14 way seats and missed the adjustable side bolsters a bit.

Are the 18 ways seats softer, harder, more or less comfortable, etc.?

This is one of the most debated topics here, do a search. Most say 18way adaptive seats are worth it, I know I do.

 

I find it worth it, it's definitely comfortable and grips you in place. Though I find that my heated seat is not hot at all. Do you guys who have the heated seat package finds your seat hot enough?

 

I find it adequate, but not hot like my old Saab used to be 15 years ago.

One thing to consider before even going down this road is if you want ventilated seats or not? Available as an option on the 14, not available on the 18. Decide that first, then see if it's worth debating this. Hehe.

 

18 way gives more options, for me (148 pounds) if I didnt have the side bolsters I would be all over the place, also softer with more cushion ON 14 way. maybe for bigger guys not a big deal.
so I went 18 way. however that limits your option to get ventilated seats only can get heated with the 18 way, dont ask me why.
