sport plus button add on

Hi,

I have a 2011 P4S that I recently added a PSE exhaust to. Its great and I usually drive 50% of the time with the sport button ON. The exhaust seems to sound better as well. Does anyone drive on the street with the sport plus button on? Does it improve the exhaust note? Is it worth adding? I know that in my 997.2 it was only useful on the track.... Any thoughts appreciated, thanks.

Driving with the sports plus mode on at all times would most likely consume more gas than when it is off - depends if that is an issue for you.
As for sound, the sound of the exhaust would improve very slightly with the sports plus button on, but not significantly.
have you considered getting an x-pipe to go along with your sports exhaust? It would significantly improve the exhaust sound.

In the GTS the sports plus button makes a huge difference. Stiffer suspension, higher shift points, and most noticeable is the change in exhaust note along with the reprogrammed downshift blips. It has the best sounding exhaust of any street car this side of an exotic.

I probably use it a few times a day.
