Glad you stayed on it...I hate when they say "oh, it's normal" and make you second guess yourself. Hope it turns out the way you want!

 

Me too. Don't get me wrong, my service adviser is a great guy. We had a long talk and he was very nice. I ended up talking to the main technician as well, about a different issue and he seemed like a great guy too. I just think they see SO MANY cars every day, that they have no choice but to 'skim' over the issues as opposed to looking deeply into if there is something wrong.
